Marian graduated from UNSW with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Psychology, achieved APRHA registration as a Psychologist and later attained full membership of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS). With a background in Executive Search and Recruitment for the last 25 years, she is compassionate and creative, a solutions focused practitioner with an ongoing interest in the challenges of the 21st Century workplace. She has wide experience across a variety of industries in both the public and private sectors, having worked with employees developing careers and their navigating career challenges at all levels, from entry level, to mid-level management to senior executives.
A Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors, Gwen has gained an outstanding reputation as an expert in the provision of Career Development, Outplacement, Change Management, Coaching, Leadership and Team Development to both the public and private sectors.
